Katy Perry: Hooking Up With Benji Madden?

Katy Perry has been known to go bananas on occasion. And according to People magazine, the singer may have flipped for Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend, Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden.

Perry—seen here dedicating the outfit from her "Hot N Cold" video to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas yesterday—played a Valentine's show at the Hard Rock's Wasted Space club last night, and moles report that Perry, 24, and Madden, 29, got plenty cozy afterward.

Witnesses say that after Perry's show the two headed to Lavo, where they weren't shy about cuddling the night away. Madden—who had a DJ gig in town—apparently even danced for Perry during several songs, and hand-on-leg contact was a staple of the rendezvous.

According to one keen-eyed observer, there appeared to have been "some chemistry there" between the two.

Madden and Hilton broke up last November. Perry called it quits with her former longtime beau, Gym Class Heroes rapper Travis McCoy, at the beginning of the year, but if recent sightings have been any indication, the "I Kissed a Girl" singer hasn't had much trouble attracting male attention since then.

No wonder both J.Lo and Affleck try to keep a low profile with their now husband and wife, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Garner.

Reese Witherspoon is America's darling. She was charming and hilarious in Legally Blonde and won an Oscar for her portrayal of June Carter in Walk the Line. Her husband...er, what's his name? Exactly. Ryan Phillippe was suffering from a severe drought of good movie roles, and little fame. Perhaps he felt neglected and emasculated? Whatever the real issue was, he cheated on her with actress Abbie Cornish and the World's population collectively thought: downgrade.

It really catapulted Simpson to celebrity status, inflated her ago, and resulted in her leaving poor Nick.
