Here’s Hilary Duff arriving ‘At Heart Truth Red Dress Show’ in none other than a hot red dress. It’s not very often that we see celebs wear so much color because looking like a bum is in for some reason, which in my line of work is a serious pain in the ass. Anyway, it’s quite refreshing to see Hilary like this. Hopefully, this will be a start of a new trend called looking presentable.
